刘持年诊疗思想介绍与临证处方举隅

摘要：刘持年教授认为，辨病应因人制宜，通过对患者体质辨识，来识病辨证、确定治则治法、遣药组方。同时刘教授强调疾病是一个不断发展变化的过程，治病应“同证异治”，其包括“异病同证异治”与“同病同证异治”两个方面，“异病同证异治”是常法、定法；“同病同证异治”是变法、活法，在同中辨异，方能虽变不乱。临证以整体思维为本，辨证论治为纲，阴阳同治，攻补兼施，中西结合，各取所长，各不为过。
